Carduus marianus D2, Chelidonium D2, China D3, Cholesterinum D6, Colocynthis D6, Lycopodium D4, Nux vomica D4

Indications:
Organic complaints of the liver and gallbladder
‚Ģ Hepatitis
‚Ģ Gallbladder calculi
‚Ģ Disturbances of biliary secretion
‚Ģ Hepatic swelling
‚Ģ Abdominal distension
‚Ģ Premature satiety
‚Ģ Lack of appetite
‚Ģ Bitter taste in mouth
‚Ģ Flatulence
‚Ģ Constipation
‚Ģ Weariness after meals
‚Ģ Irritation

Mode of Action:
‚Ģ Carduus marianus: Painful liver swelling, jaundice, biliary calculi, cholangitis
‚Ģ Chelidonium: Liver swelling with pressure radiating to right shoulder blade
‚Ģ China: Meteorism, abdominal swelling, flatulent colics
‚Ģ Cholesterinum: Liver enlargement, jaundice, gallstone formation
‚Ģ Colocynthis: Cramp-like abdominal pain; relief from pressure and bending forward
‚Ģ Lycopodium: Flatulence, meteorism, bitter taste in mouth, irritability, constipation
‚Ģ Nux vomica: Hypochondria, liver congestion, nausea, tobacco abuse, icterus, gastro-duodenal catarrh, constipation

Dosage:
‚Ģ General: 10‚Äì15 drops in water, 3 times daily before meals
‚Ģ If no improvement in 8‚Äì14 days: 10‚Äì15 drops 4‚Äì6 times daily, then reduce once symptoms improve
‚Ģ After symptom resolution: 10‚Äì15 drops 1‚Äì3 times a day for an extended period while maintaining a strict diet

Remarks:
‚Ģ Inflammatory diseases of liver and biliary vesicle: additionally use R1
‚Ģ With simultaneous gastric conditions (gastritis, ulcers): use R5
‚ÄɂÄì Ulcers: 10‚Äì15 drops of R5, 3 times daily before meals
‚ÄɂÄì R7: 10‚Äì15 drops, 2‚Äì4 times daily between meals
‚Ģ In haemorrhoids: additionally use R13
